Classes

The Sports Centre has a range of classes available for both members and non members to take part in. Booking is recommended which can be done by contacting us on 01608 812163 or emailing leisure.enquiry@fireservicecollege.ac.uk

Adult Swimming Lessons

Non Members: £5 / Member: £5

These drop in sessions are available to all abilities whether you are a complete beginner or training for an event.

Wednesday - 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Please note classes will not run on the last Wednesday of each month.

Indoor Cycling

Non Members: £5 / Club Members: £4 / Package Members: £3

An upbeat cardiovascular workout with instructors motivating participants through hills, intervals, sprints and other routines.

Monday  -  6:30am - 7:15am   /   6:30pm - 7:15pm

Tuesday  -  9:30am - 10:15am   /   6:15pm - 7:00pm   /   7:00pm - 7:45pm

Wednesday -  6:30am - 7:15am   /   9:30pm - 10:15am

Thursday  -  6:15pm - 7:00pm   /   7:00pm - 7:45pm

Friday  -  6:30am - 7:15am   /   9:30am - 10:15am

Saturday  -  8:15am - 9:00am

Circuit Training

Non Members: £5 / Members: Included in your package

Multi station exercises designed to hit all area of the body with a different workout each week. 

Monday  -  9:30am - 10:15am (Starting 5th August) / 6:30pm - 7:30pm   /   7:30pm - 8:30pm

Thursday  -  9:30am - 10:15am (Starting 8th August) / 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Aqua Tone

Non Members: £5 / Members: Dependent on membership

Low impact water workout that focuses on a whole body conditioning.

Tuesday  -  7:10pm - 8:00pm

Thursdays - 1:45pm - 2:30pm
